2. Eligibility

• All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and successful payment confirmation.
• Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes but exclude shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
• Payments must be made through the secure payment methods available on our website.
• Meryls does not store sensitive payment details such as card numbers or UPI credentials.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery timelines typically range from 3 to 7 working days within India, depending on the delivery location.
• Tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS once the order is shipped.
• Any delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and Meryls shall not be held responsible for such delays.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
• Meryls offers a 72-hour return and exchange window from the time of delivery.
• Refunds are generally issued as store credit, which is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
• Refunds to UPI (on request) will incur a ₹279 service fee deduction.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as store credit only.
• Exchanges requested when the correct product/size was delivered will incur a ₹279 exchange fee per item.
• If an incorrect or defective product is delivered, exchanges will be processed free of cost.
• Products purchased during sale or using coupon codes may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Made-to-order products are not eligible for return; only size exchanges (same product) are allowed.
