Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Meryls, we strive to ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. All products go through strict quality checks before dispatch, and we take great care in packaging and delivery. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
• We offer a 72-hour (3 days) return and exchange window from the time your order is delivered.
• Requests made after 72 hours will not be accepted.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
2. Refund Policy
• Refunds are provided either as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the conditions outlined below.
• Refunds are issued as store credit to your Meryls account.
• Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
• No claims or usage will be accepted after 60 days.
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are provided as store credit only.
• Store credit is shared within 7–10 business days after return pickup confirmation.
• If a refund to UPI is requested, it can be processed to your UPI ID or number.
• A service fee of ₹279 will be deducted for UPI refunds.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the product passes quality checks.
• Once initiated, it may take 24–48 working hours for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
• Refunds to bank accounts are applicable only for prepaid/online payment orders.
3. Exchange Policy
a) When Correct Size Was Delivered
• If you wish to exchange for a different size, a fee of ₹279 per item will apply.
b) When Incorrect Size Was Sent by Meryls
• If the wrong size or product is delivered, exchange will be free of cost.
• All shipping charges will be borne by Meryls.
c) Exchange Limit
• Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further exchange or refund will be applicable on that order.
4. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for return or exchange:
• Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Product must not have stains, perfumes, odors, or damage.
• Items purchased during sale or using coupon codes are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective.
• Made-to-order products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
• Size exchanges are allowed for made-to-order products (same design only).
5. Pickup & Return Conditions
• Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area’s pincode.
• Pickup will be attempted twice only.
• If unsuccessful, you must ship the product back to our warehouse address.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
• Returns with missing tags, packaging, or in poor condition will not be accepted.
6. Charges & Deductions
• UPI refund processing fee: ₹279 per order
• Customer-initiated return/exchange: ₹279 per item
• Incorrect/defective product: No charges
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
RTO (Return to Origin) Cases
• If an order is returned due to:
- OTP cancellation
- Refusal of delivery
- Failed delivery attempts
• Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges.
7. Claims & Damages
• Any claim for damage, missing items, or issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Customers must share:
- Clear product images
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
- Description of the issue
• Claims should be sent to: support@meryls.in
• No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

9. Processing Timeline
• Return verification: 2–3 working days
• Refund (store credit/UPI): 7–10 working days
• Exchange dispatch: 2–5 working days after approval
