Shipping policy

At Meryls, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹1500.
• A shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹1500 (calculated at checkout).
Express shipping is available at an additional charge of ₹150.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional charge of ₹99.


3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.


4. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.


5. Order Tracking

• After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
• You can also track your order through your Meryls account (if available).


6. Shipping Guidelines & Restrictions

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate.
• Meryls is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or restricted locations.


7. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
• If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
• In such cases, you may contact our support team to arrange re-delivery, which may involve additional shipping charges.


8. Delays & Lost Shipments

• While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or logistics issues.
• If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
• If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.


9. Damaged Shipments

• If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept it.
• Please inform our support team immediately for assistance with a replacement or refund.
